Preparation of 3D visualization of houses for advertising purposes

Description

We are building a complex of 4 small wooden houses and for the purpose of advertisements and advertising we need some visuals. We have materials from the company making the cottages, but they are only graphics without source files. We are concerned with shots from the outside, set on terrain resembling the actual location (hills and woodland) from several perspectives. We have a defined look for the houses, materials, and all dimensions. Unfortunately, we don't have cad files (the contractor says he doesn't have any and has no way to get them)
