Ability to evaluate the expert, add comments.

Expert search system by place of business, specialization, rating, languages spoken by the expert, etc.).

Administration panel for managing the entire site.

Optimization for SEO. Responsive version for mobile devices.

A blog section where experts will be able to publish their articles.

The site should be lightweight, visually appealing.

I will ask for offers where, in addition to the price, there will be a portfolio and information on what programming languages will be used.
