Polish Native Video Editor & Meta Ads Creative Specialist
Summary
We are looking for a Polish native-speaking Video Editor with strong experience in Meta Ads to support our e-commerce growth in Poland. You will help us produce high-performing ad creatives β short-form video, statics, hooks, and variations β optimized for the Polish market. This is an ongoing, long-term collaboration. We are a Swedish Flooring e-commerce company.
π¬ Video Editing & Creative Production (Must-have)
β’ Edit short-form videos for Meta Ads (6β60 sec formats)
β’ Create variations, hooks, sequences, pacing adjustments
β’ Combine footage, UGC clips, product shots, motion graphics
β’ Add Polish text overlays, captions and callouts
β’ Deliver multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
π± Meta Ads Creative Strategy (Nice-to-have)
β’ Understand Polish social media behaviour and ad psychology
β’ Develop ad angles, scripts and storyboards
β’ Localize messaging for Polish consumers
β’ Collaborate on creative testing plans
β’ Analyze performance and suggest new variations
π E-commerce Context (Nice-to-have)
β’ Basic understanding of D2C funnel: thumb-stop, hook, problem, solution, CTA
β’ Experience working with e-commerce brands (preferably home interior/design)
β’ Simple graphic design work (thumbnails, banners, static ads)
Requirements
β’ Native Polish speaker
β’ Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci or similar)
β’ Proven experience creating Meta Ads videos (must show examples)
β’ Ability to write Polish copy for hooks, text overlays and CTAs
β’ Understanding of Meta best practices (first 3 seconds, fast pacing, mobile-first)
β’ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
β’ Excellent communication skills
