Person to implement projects into Wordpress

Hello,

As in the subject I am looking for a person to work with me in implementing coded projects to CMS Wordpress.

- knowledge of PHP and JS

- good knowledge of Wordpress

- knowledge of general SEO principles

- swapping and running pages on the client's server

Currently for implementation into Wordpress will be the site

Along with moving it to the client's target address once the project is completed.

The site will be built on bootstrap, coded in HTML and SCSS.

I ask for serious offers only from people who know the subject well, reliability, punctuality and good contact are important. I also ask for an estimated cost of such implementation.
