Performance Marketing Specialist – E-commerce (Polish Market, Startup Phase)
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to help us
enter and grow the Polish market through our website.
This is an early-stage performance role. Our website has been live for some time,
but we still have limited sales data. The goal of this role is to build a
strong performance foundation first, then scale what works.
This is NOT a “just run ads” role.
Responsibilities:
• Auditing current website performance and conversion setup
• Setting up or improving conversion tracking (GA4, pixels, events)
• Planning and launching Google Ads (Search + Shopping)
• Running Meta Ads focused on conversions
• Testing demand with high-intent keywords and products
• Identifying conversion and trust gaps on the website
• Recommending CRO improvements to increase sales
• Optimizing campaigns for CPA and ROAS
• Reporting clearly on results, learnings, and next steps
Requirements:
• Proven experience running performance campaigns for e-commerce
• Strong experience with Google Ads (Shopping is a big plus)
• Experience working with low or early-stage data
• Conversion-focused mindset (sales over traffic)
• Ability to identify problems beyond ads (CRO, trust, UX)
• Fluent Polish (written & spoken)
Nice to have:
• Experience with B2B or packaging/logistics products
• GA4 and conversion tracking expertise
• Experience launching brands in new markets
• CRO or landing page optimization experience
