### Offer to implement a bug reporting system

I would like to commission a bug reporting system that is easy to use for users and administrators. Here are the key features that the system should have:

1. Image Compression:

- Automatic compression of uploaded images (PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIFF).

- Easy to set the compression level (e.g. 50%, 60%, 80%).

2 Nickname search engine:

- Users can search for their nicknames based on previous submissions.

- The system will display the user's avatar from Minotar (Minecraft).

3. Simple login system for admin:

- Administration page secured by PIN (four-digit code).

- PIN changeable in the configuration file.

4. Flexible category management:

- Admin can add, edit and delete ticket categories (e.g., “Unverified”, “Repaired”, “Rejected”) and move tickets between them.
