I use the CRM program www.sugester.pl

There are possibilities to customize the functionality through Java scripts.

Looking for a person for permanent cooperation on configuration.

At the beginning of the script:

There is a calendar into which customers are entered for visits to a given location (department)

The system should send a day before, e.g. at 17.30 SMS reminding about the visit with a given content.
