One time advice / google ads optimization

HEY,

I need advice on optimizing my adwords campaign. I have a very niche business and without SEO I am usually in TOP3. The number of searches per month is a dozen to a few dozen.

I used to use adwords, but six months ago I didn't recharge the campaign and I can't renew the campaign anymore because the rules have changed.

I launched in two days ago two ads for the Polish and for the foreign language version of the site, but the campaigns do not display. I need someone to see, show and advise what and how, what I am doing wrong :)

I have 4 keywords, both for the Polish and foreign version.

Information from Useme: bidding is only possible if:

- possession of a valid student ID card (for pupils/students up to 26 years old)

- a confirmed statement of full-time employment for at least the minimum wage

- having a business activity
