Job description

I will commission a visualization of the apartment based on the provided functional layout plan (pdf/dwg). It necessarily needs a 3D top view of the entire apartment plus some views 3-5.

I also ask for an offer including the design of the new functional layout plus visualizations as above.

Please find attached the existing + designed state and examples of visualizations.

As in the topic, it is about a functional and aesthetically pleasing interior design of a room to serve a student. The room is ~12m2, and has a built-in closet. As the base, needed equipment is definitely must be a bed/sofa, a sizable desk on which will stand a large monitor, a chair for the desk. Base furnishings - Ikea, but also with the option of ordering something customized - such as a desk, so as to fit perfectly with dimensions and functionality. Oh, on the wall to hang two Lego Art paintings (Darth Vader and Milky Way) and the necessary shelves for the Lego F1 display. Currently the room is painted light gray (Scandinavian gray), the window is a floor-to-ceiling window. Of course, I can send photos of the current room, attached is an overview of the project - this room marked with a pink loop. Best Regards, Ania Kudyba PS. In perspective I have two more projects. One is an analogous room (mirror image of the one described above), also for a student. Another project in the plan is an attic of about 60m2 with slants, space for 3 children aged 7-12 years.

I would like to make some changes to the existing design and PZT: 1. design a retaining wall along the entire length of the plot boundary - with a building permit. The length of the wall ~25m 2. redesign the energy performance of the building - change from heat pump to gas.

In our process is at the stage of finalizing the construction project for which we will want visualization and a website. We have a project in archicad/bimx format from an architect as a base for visualization, who, however, does not specialize in high-realistic renders (we will send in case you are interested in the project). Hi! I will commission to design a furniture for the hallway Requirements: - There must be room to hang a couple of jackets and coats - There must be a place (some kind of drawer, preferably in the form of a console) to put keys and dog walking gear (leash, collar, treats and other trinkets) - Space for about 5 pairs of shoes - A place to hang up a purse - Maybe some shelves/cabinets on top? - As if we could squeeze a mirror in somewhere, that's fabulous (nice to have) The color scheme I'm aiming for is terra cotta,m, such an earthy green beige (but so that there is some color, because the cabinets are beige and I would like some color) 😀. I attach a projection of the room including the appearance of this corner to be developed + color inspo. On the projection you can see the dimensions of the closet (which is beige, up to the ceiling and stays as it is 🙂 ) The dimensions of the corner to be developed are: 46 cm by 103 cm
