I will commission a website in WordPress

Text and layout are on the currently made website (flawed)

Images I will provide

Pagespeed > 90/95/100/100 required (these are the parameters to obtain, which I obtained on another site written in html) - file attached

- Sub-pages all based on one structure. The difference is supposed to be only in the content.

So really there is 1 main page and 1 subpage to be made, which will be copied to other subpages

Commissioning only to a freelancer (AGENCIES PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS)

Deadlines:

- preliminary design of the site up to 7 days (outline, proposals, preliminary layout of the main page)

- target project completed 14-21 days max
