Making a store on the design given in the description

I want to make a store modeled after → https://www.vector-templates.com. Almost a 1:1 copy.

Important are 2 search engines, the general one at the top of the store in the header, and the other one for example at → https://www.vector-templates.com/templates/brand/audi/3/ where we have an AJAX search engine on the right side above the models

What is the waiting time and in what technology will the store be made. Prefer open source solutions, WordPress also
