Mailing tool

We will outsource the development of a corporate mailing tool. PHP 7.0 / 7.2 / 8.1 + PHPMailer + MySQL

The tool should include:

- login to the site (admin account only)

- List of sent mailings

- Creating groups of recipients

- Management - i.e. adding e-mail addresses to the selected group

- At the list of sent mails information whether the mail was opened (images displayed) (first opening / display) (date + time)

- Creation / preparation of messages with a choice of implemented html templates

- Two templates will be used in the first stage (in the same logic of implemented content)

- When selecting templates - each based on the same scenario of content input vs. content space in html template

- Once the content is introduced, we choose the group to target for mailing

- Necessary possibility of test email to admin whether everything is properly generated

- Sending to group as UDW, main recipient admin email address
