I’m looking for a fluent English speaker with a background or understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) to assist with developer interviews as part of our hiring process.

You’ll help by:

Attending remote video interviews to assess candidates’ communication and general technical understanding.

Asking predefined questions (we’ll provide scripts and guidance).

Sharing notes or a short written summary after each interview.

Requirements:

Fluent and confident English communication

Basic understanding of web development (e.g. JavaScript, HTML/CSS)

Reliable internet connection and availability for calls
