I’m looking for an experienced developer to create an online service operating in Portugal, allowing users to verify phone numbers and add comments (e.g., who called, whether it’s spam, etc.) — similar to ligaram-me.pt, but with some unique features.
The project scope includes:
• creating a user-friendly, responsive website
• implementing a phone number database and user comments
• SEO optimization (Google-friendly structure, fast loading)
• implementing CAPTCHA / spam protection
• enabling abuse reporting by users
• content moderation system (admin panel)
• automatic location assignment for phone numbers (Portugal)
• preparing for integration with ad systems (e.g., Google AdSense)
• Portuguese language version
• integration with online payment systems
• ability to rate numbers
• filtering and sorting results
• user data security
The project is planned in stages:
Stage 1: Minimum Viable Product (MVP) — basic functionality
Stage 2: Expansion with advanced community features and SEO
Stage 3: Further improvements, integrations, security
