Laying out the sales process for a B2B plus size clothing company

Hello I am a manufacturer of plus size clothing for women. I sell only B2B. My customers are clothing stores, boutiques, clothing wholesalers. Currently I have a problem because I do not have a sales department. I do all the sales myself with the help of sending offers to customers. Which I already have a large number and sometimes I forget some of them. I do not have, any CRM or sales process or funnel, I do everything by feel. Which unfortunately I don't outgrow anymore. I am looking for a person who will be able to help me put it together. My production is 100% in Poland. It produces 8-10 thousand blouses per month at this time.
