Kierownik projektu CRM / Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Leader / Project Manager to provide substantive support for the implementation of the CRM system. A person who will coordinate the process on the company (user) side and work with the system vendor.

We are looking for a person who will support us in optimizing / improving the way we work, a person with process thinking skills.

We require:

- experience in implementation of CRM systems

- education within project management

- knowledge of Bitrix, PowerBI, Microsoft package

CRM system assumptions:

- circulation and archiving of administrative and legal documents

- service and technical support

- cost controlling

- reporting through several channels

- documentation of the system and knowledge base

- new quality of work, well-thought-out solutions, order, facilitation/automation, etc.
