I have an interior design to order .
First of all, bathrooms in tourist apartments for rent with higher standards.
The project based on:
- dimensions of the interior ( dwg format projection)
- already established functional layout
- planned electrical and plumbing points
- selected materials, equipment and colors
To be completed is :
STAGE 1:
Conceptual interior design in the form of photorealistic 3d visualizations (min. 3 visualizations 1500x1000px ultimately for the client), with the need for prior consultation ( and possible amendments) before the project goes to the client.
After which, the client makes his changes and the 2nd set of photorealistic visualizations should be prepared once again for the client.
STAGE 2- After the client accepts or makes changes to the project ( in STAGE 1) dimensional documentation (projections and sections with drawing and dimensioning of tiles, faucet , radiator, cabinets ip) file in dwg format.
