I will order the effective removal of an attraction/place from TripAdvisor with ratings

Description:

-in 2019 the attraction was added to the TripAdvisor portal (beauty industry) / but the account has not been used since then (no photos , ratings and any activity)

-in 2021 there is a change of tenant of the premises (the brand continues to operate under the same name and in the same premises)

The attraction continues to appear on Tripadvisor without my knowledge

-in January 2023:

A foreign customer (with whom it is impossible to contact 100% Russian)

gives the first and only opinion (negative) , which he finds out from third parties

Our brand does not want to be on tripadvisor therefore I ask for help in removing the attraction so that it completely disappears from the portal along with the rating (I have full access to the business card, but any change the portal must accept)

I am asking for offers and quotes from people with experience in working with the portal on how to successfully remove attractions. (*places marked as closed continue to appear on the portal, and after verification are restored as active)
