Here's how it works:
From a recording, a voiceover, audio, creates a text by temporally matching the given words with the voice. I want to add such video-text to a YouTube video. How to do it?
Ideally it should be a video-text that can be added to DaVinci Resolve, possibly some plugin or web app?
