I am looking for a Laravel developer to build a project using existing GitHub repositories

I am looking for someone to create a Laravel project using existing public repositories on GitHub. The project is intended to be a test version that will support the first 10 users. I do not require the developer to add any additional design or functionality, only basic configuration and repository integration.

I am open to suggestions and proposals regarding the selection of repositories and technologies. I am looking for someone who is communicative, creative, and punctual.
