Description

There will be 11 layouts to code for PC and 12 for mobile (the one extra is a menu for mobile). The fixed elements are the top and bottom menus. The rest of the content will be graphics and text cast in HTML and CSS styles. I think that additionally for the menu you will need javascript to make the effect of collapsing and expanding tabs work.
