The goal of the assignment is to make a homepage on Elementor.

The initial design is there, but I would like to spice it up a bit. It will be in such a style as in the attachment ie:

Dividing the page into 2 colors, half black and white.

Texts for the page I have.

Adding under the main banner, which will divide the page into black and white on a white background graphics to be created, or taken from somewhere, ie.

It has to show the outline of public buildings as such a hand-drawn line something like a skyline of the city, but it can be simpler, minimalist.
