Job description
We are looking for a professional to help with the process of regaining access to the company's account on the Facebook platform. The current account manager is no longer available, making it difficult to regain access. Our requirement is divided into two parts:
Part 1: Regaining Access to the Company Account.
In this part of the task, we want to regain access to the company's Facebook account, which we currently do not have access to. This task involves trying to regain access or convincing Facebook to restore the account. Because we don't have access to some information, such as email or phone number, this is a more difficult task - there is a business email, but there is no assurance that it was assigned to this account.
Part 2: Contact Transfer and Advertising Campaign.
If regaining access to the account is impossible, an alternative is to transfer contacts from the current profile to the new company profile. We would also like to run a Facebook Ads campaign that focuses exclusively on existing contacts from the current profile, informing them of our new company profile. However, before taking these steps, we are anxious to secure the process with proper legal documentation.
