GULPFILE.JS 5.0 - creating a file for automating the construction of JavaScript-based applications

Need to develop gulpfile.js to automate the work of developing web applications (HTML-CSS-JS-PHP-JSON.

Requirements:

- GULP in the latest version 5.0;

- any npm packages in the latest versions - I provide a list of currently used npm packages in Appendix 1

- the structure on which the gulp automation is to operate I give in appendix 2;

- the functionality of GULP must be no less than my current version 4.0 (I will send the file gulpfile.js version 4.0 after the contract is concluded) - the part of npm packages there is so called deprecated (obsolete) - required replacement with another dedicated and optimally working solution.

As a result of the order I should receive:

- gulpfile.js file (correctly and optimally working, and not generating errors)

- explanations in the form of comments in the gulpfile.js file showing the operation (in case comments are not enough - support for understanding the operation of the gulpfile.js file required (emails, tel, online presentation).

- a list of npm packages to install;

- a list of ready-made commands to install npm packages.
