I'm looking for graphic designers for design collaboration and hope to find super people here!

Let me start by introducing myself. I think it will help to understand the context of why I am looking for a few people to collaborate with and call it a design collaboration. It seems to me that this may be important to understand.

I develop several brands on a daily basis, in different companies. In different industries. In which I have different roles and tasks. From project management, or brand and marketing management. In general, my job is to get things done, needed to get things done, so that others can get on with their tasks. In practice, my job is to select the right people for a particular task.

My dream is to build a good and healthy long-term team that I can rely on, to which ultimately I only need to throw in a topic and things will happen on their own. I believe in making it happen.

Here I mean people who can talk and have a constructive dialogue, who do not sink to the ground, who inform, suggest and want to have a real impact on the work. Meetings and conversations -> I care about people who have no problem holding video meetings with the client or other project participants. Self-reliance and organization -> I don't want to do the work for someone. I don't want to think for someone who has taken the task on himself. I don't want to organize the workbench for him.
