I am looking for a graphic designer to create from scratch or redesign an existing design suitable for screen printing on clothing. Below are pictures of the graphics I would like to have in mind (or something like that). I have the file of the present ones but only in raster form :((.

Requirement: vector, file suitable for screen printing without any drop in quality

Turnaround time: I would like to complete this by the end of the week maximum

Budget: difficult for me to determine, a matter of agreement
