Fullstack Developer - NodeJS/GraphQL/React

We are a startup that develop tools for mental health care services. It is quite popular already and growing. Our team consists of 4 developers + a tech lead.

We are looking for a senior developer with lots of experience with React/GraphQL/NodeJS. The main focus of this job will be backend, but it is also good if you know React/frontend-development as some tasks involve that.

We prefer that you:

- EU Based (or EEC)

- Solo freelancer (no agency)

- Have a preference towards written communication

Communication

- We prefer written asyncronous communication (Jira, GitHub PRs, email and similar). This is to allow for asynchronous communication and it is easier to share knowledge between time zones and work schedules.

- We almost never communicate with videocalls or Chat, but mainly use Jira Agile / GitHub for communication as this allows other developers to follow the discussions across different time zones.

Requirements

-We use Git/GitHub for managing code

-We have a quite strict workflow from local, to staging, to production.

-We use Jira/Agile Development, so projects and requirements and priorities typically change during the project, as we get feedback from customers.

Terms

-Our company will own all copyrights for your work

-NDA & Agreement must be signed starting

-Must be able to work at least 80%-100% for a month. I cannot give you the job if you only can work less than 30 hours/week. However we may be willing to wait for you to finish other projects.
