I am looking for a person to prepare a front end for me, any language, any technology, design in figma and requirements below

Easy addition of translations.

Dockerization.

Conversion of errors into messages.

Internationalization of dates and currencies.

Preparation under PWA

Tests ( I am a backend developer myself, I know the importance of tests ).

Full access to the code ( it will be stored on my github ) ( sometimes if there is something simple I will modify it myself ).
