Pixel perfect.
The project is made in the Sketch app (the program works only on macOS)
It is possible to upload it to Figma (works on any web browser).
PS. For example: the final effect of the animations is to be such as on this page: www.rino-pelle.com (This site is many times larger and more complex, but it is only about: smooth scrolling, hovers, page transitions)
