Freelance Video Editor for Business Education YouTube Channel
I’m looking for a freelance video editor to support my female-led business education YouTube channel. Think content in the style of Natalie Ellis (Bossbabe) or Jenna Kutcher — approachable, professional, and designed for entrepreneurs in fashion, beauty, and wellness.
I have 12 educational videos ready to edit and want to build a long-term working relationship for future projects. The edits are straightforward — no heavy creative direction, flashy effects, or asset sourcing. I’ll provide everything you need.
Scope of Work:
• Edit 12 educational videos (avg. 6–8 mins, most under 10 mins, a few under 15)
• Switch cleanly between 2 camera angles + screen recording
• Audio already mixed (no extra editing needed)
• Add title slide/intro animation (provided)
• No colour grading, graphics, or sound effects
• Export final videos for YouTube (4K preferred)
Timeline:
• 12 videos completed in 6 weeks
• 2 videos per week
Compensation:
• £20–£30 per video, depending on length/complexity
• First assignment = 1 paid test video before continuing with the other 11
• Ongoing work likely (10–14 more videos later this year)
Who I’m Looking For:
• Proven experience with multi-camera talking-head/educational edits (examples required)
• Strong English comprehension to follow context when cutting
• Attention to detail + ability to follow clear instructions
• Reliable, communicative, and deadline-oriented
• Interested in long-term freelance collaboration
Work Style & Expectations:
• Short camera-on video interview before starting
• I value communication and chemistry as much as technical skill
• Looking for someone collaborative, detail-oriented, and professional
How to Apply:
• Short intro about yourself and editing background
• Portfolio links (multi-cam, educational, or interview style)
• Your per-video rate for a 6–15 min edit
