Description
I am looking for a person to perform a certain scope of work in a web-based financial application.
Partially rewriting existing functionality from angular.JS to angular12, partially performing new functionality in angular12.
Please quote me a rate in terms of 1 hour of work, I would like to settle on the basis of hours done vs scope completed. I will not respond to submissions without an hourly rate.
I see the process as follows:
- We verify that both parties are interested in the project. You have the skills, the project is interesting or at least pays the bills.
- we sign an NDA
- I submit the full scope of work for estimating
-we confirm what for when and approximately how much (number of hours)
- we receive the scope / hours
-we settle invoice through Useme.
