FAVICON visible in Google, Bing results list (it is added but does not show it)

I will outsource a "consulting" service for putting a favicon in the script, so that it is visible in the list of Google search results. Our programmer (the site is in Python) will do the work suggested in the purchased service.

Currently, the favicon is added but the Google or Bing search results list does not show it. It is visible on the bookmarks of a particular browser, but no longer the search results. This applies to virtually all browsers.

ATTENTION: due to the fact that I have had bad experiences with "specialists" who were supposed to "solve the problem in 3 minutes" BILLING OF SERVICE WILL COME AFTER WE CONFIRM THAT FAVICON IS ALREADY VISIBLE IN SEARCH RESULTS!

Information from Useme: bidding is only possible if:

- possession of a valid student ID card (for pupils/students up to 26 years of age)

- confirmed statement of full-time employment for at least the minimum wage

- having a business activity
