Extension of an already existing program, I am looking for a Project Manager.

I am looking for a person to help me develop my current program. Unfortunately, I am not qualified in this field and encountered a glass ceiling.

The software is currently working, but a lot of improvements are needed, the programmer who did it was on my behalf. Now the program and its operation require a lot of time and therefore employees.

The software has its own database to which data downloaded from several pages are uploaded.

Each page has its own data scraper (python language), unfortunately, this data must be properly checked and modified so that it can be sent to the database.

The information from the data is used by a separate program that runs on one of the pages.

I don't want to reveal the details of what and how because it's my business.

I am looking for someone who will help me develop it, preferably a person with extensive experience in such management. Work will be for a long time. Before I decide on someone, a confidentiality agreement must be signed due to the fact that this software brings a lot of income.
