Looking for a contractor to modify an existing website

In brief:

- A login page for users, where the user(s) are assigned specific items (Admin sets up an account for the user with the email they previously provided and assigns the items they see)

- data visualization (tabular and graphical)

- report generation (PDF, CSV, XLS) daily report with averaged hourly measurement, and with averaged daily values.

- cosmetic changes to the current site (DJANGO)

The current setup is:

OS server. Windows 10 on Microsoft AZURE

IIS 10 web server

Influxdb 1.7 sensor database

The site for logging in and generating reports can be completely separate and unrelated to the current DJANGO site
