Experienced Video Editor – TikTok & Facebook Ads (E-commerce Projects)

Our “wow-effect” products are sold in multiple countries, powered by deep expertise in creatives, media buying, and analytics. Now we’re looking for a Video Editor to turn ideas into powerful ad creatives for TikTok and Meta.
Mission
Create high-converting, scroll-stopping videos that blend creativity, strategy, and precision to drive results and ROI.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form ad videos for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok using raw footage, scripts, and voiceovers.
- Match visuals with storytelling to craft persuasive ad narratives.
- Adapt content to multiple formats (1:1, 9:16).
- Ensure all videos meet platform policies.
- Deliver clean project files for localization.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience editing social media ads (Meta, TikTok, Instagram).
- Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, retention, conversions).
- Portfolio required — applications without samples won’t be reviewed.
- Skilled in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
- Level: Middle–Senior (no beginners).
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.).
- Ability to source clips and develop creative concepts independently.
