Excel sheet with breakdown of customers

I need sheet no.1 where I will add customer orders from the left in columns:

customer email address, product name, quantity (there may be several products here - I don't know how to solve it), parcel code, order no., status - shipped, not shipped (assigning to a given shipper on sheet no. 2 according to filters),

sheet no. 2 shippers: e.g. shipper no. 1 we set them freely to a given group of customers, e.g. only green or green+green

I would also like to be able to assign a given customer's e-mail to a given group of customers manually, i.e. enter the customer as a green customer even if there is no order at all.

sheet no. 3 customer groups

here we set for example

CUSTOMER red - up to 5 orders up to 10 quantities from 6 can be handled by the sender, which we enable ourselves.

YELLOW CUSTOMER - from 6 orders over 10, i.e. from 60 quantities and 6 orders or from 4 orders when he orders more than 20, i.e. from 80 quantities and 4 orders

green customer - from 4 orders over 250 units

I would like to highlight in green, yellow or red the given customer's email if he has already entered the given customer group.
