E-roadcard application for drivers

I am looking for an experienced programmer or development team to create a mobile application "e-Road Card". The app aims to digitize and facilitate the management of vehicle and trip data, which is currently in an Excel file. I am attaching the file "Application Fire (1).xlsx", which serves as the basis for the design of the application.

Key functionalities of the application:

Import data from Excel: Ability to easily import data from Excel files

User interface: Simple and intuitive interface for viewing, adding, editing and deleting vehicle and trip data.

Reports and Statistics: Function to generate reports and statistics based on collected data.

Data Synchronization: Provide data synchronization between different user devices.

Data security: Provide data security, including backup options.

Adaptation to different devices: The app should be suitable for different screen sizes and operating systems (iOS, Android).

Additional requirements:

Testing: Perform testing of the app to ensure its stability and error-free operation.
