DevOps to optimize VPS hosting sites with very high traffic

I am looking for an experienced DevOps to optimize our server infrastructure. We are currently handling increasing traffic on a technology stack: PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Redis, Varnish Cache, Meilisearch and Nginx.

The traffic we are handling lately is about 600-1200 requests per second.

I am looking for a person who will:

- Optimize the performance of the entire VPS

- Will configure caching appropriately (Varnish + Redis)

- Will adjust MySQL parameters for higher load

- Will optimize the configuration of Nginx and PHP-FPM

- Will implement performance monitoring and alerting

I expect specific optimization proposals and experience in similar projects. Remote cooperation, possible long-term care of the infrastructure.
