Development of an application for the maintenance of equipment

Writing a programme to conduct supervision of periodic checks with the issuing of test protocols.

Plan description:

A large industrial facility with many devices placed on the site that require periodic testing e.g. electric motor system, power cable requiring checks once a year or once every 5 years. For such a system, a short circuit loop impedance and resistance measurement protocol should be done plus a device check protocol with the possibility to do a check list e.g.

- cleaned the motor

- checked the terminals

- the mountings have been checked

Assumptions:

-Generate a qr code with the possibility of printing and sticking it on the device data and a no. that could possibly be written on the device. This will be used to search for the device again.

-Collective printing of protocols

-Generation of lists of objects with upcoming inspection dates

- Export to EXCEL

- Ability to generate and send email and sms notifications to customers about check-in deadlines so as to generate a list with the devices to be checked

- Mobile and desktop application
