Develop and implement a creative program for www.e-spotkania.pl

Due to change in ownership - a framework plan has been circled:

The objective of the project:

- To bring in the period until the end of March 2024r ( to be determined jointly with the contractor) to achieve a level of financial income

- From March 2022r to March 2024r introduction of www.e-spotkania.pl to the 3 most recognizable sites on the broad topic of Covid-19 (the site has been functioning since April 2020 - the last neglected)

The assignment consists of 2 stages:

- preparation of concept assumptions - how to achieve the objectives of the project - settlement

- implementation (i.e. achieving the objectives - as in the purpose of the project)

Offers should be submitted no later than January 31, 2022.

They should include:

- the cost of developing the concept

- the cost of implementing the concept (by the end of March 2024) and the method of settlement: e.g. a fixed monthly fee, or a monthly fee + % of the obtained financial effect, other proposals.

Only well-considered, credible offers will be considered. The following will be assessed: creativity of the offer, its real justification, high probability of achieving the expected goals. Price/cost - will be the last item considered in the offer.
