Desktop application for fiscal printers

Description

I need someone to write me a desktop application that will support fiscal printers. The application is supposed to turn on with the system turn on, then it is supposed to send api requests to the endpoint we specified, in response it will receive receipts to print - if there are any, then it is supposed to print them and if everything goes well(mark as printed or delete). The printer is Elzab Mera online. The connection of the device with the computer is to be via USB port.
