Description

I will commission the preparation of a project/visualization of the change of the exterior elevation of the building block located in Duszniki-Zdrój at 4 Klubowa Street.

Due to the fact that the property is located in the spa zone, the opinion of the conservator is necessary (the building itself is not covered by protection).

We intend to carry out a renovation of the existing building, not to interfere with its body and not to change the size of the window openings. We would like to change the color of the facade (according to the conservator's guidelines) and, as far as possible, reproduce the solutions found in the buildings neighboring the property.

We are interested in visualization of the 4-story building, the connector and the lower building will be demolished.
