Data completion

Good day,

We need a web application where data will be imported from an .xls file.

The table to be completed is to have an editable and a non-editable part.

We will need there to be administrators who will assign the appropriate user to each item and users who will fill in the data.

If the data in the columns do not match (the values will be less than the assumption) then there is to be an email sent to the administrator, and at the end of the day the whole report for filling in the table for the whole day to the administrators

The error that appears can be removed only by the admin

All entered data that has been approved by users can be edited by the admin.

Changes to the people responsible for the items can be made only by admin and information about such a change is to be sent by email

Each user is to have his individual login and password.
