Cutting/coding the design in Figma to HTML/Bootstrap RWD

I will commission the coding of the site in HTML (based on bootstrap grid). The project is done in Figma. It contains a home page and 5 sub-pages. There are several dynamic elements (change based on scrolling, elements also change when hovering the cursor). Required to plug in JS libraries to provide, for example, sliedr or carousel support (there are N objects in the row, at one time wiad 4 on PC and 1.5 on mobile)
