Cutting short (and more) from LIVE recordings

I mainly record LIVE episodes an twitch.tv/directornetu

The recordings also go to my YT channel and TikTok.

I'm looking for a person who understands little about IT to cut thematic shorts from these recordings. For example, if someone asks me about e.g. DDD then for this person to cut out my answer itself, coolly frame + cut out possible "yyyyy" and generate for shorter videos a short (vertical) and for longer videos the usual horizontal content.
