Scope: Cutting web and mobile template into html/css/js as per attachment

We would like the order to have necessarily:

- google map styling

- interactive elements (e.g. mouse-over, scrolling of elements such as photo gallery, menu, house, list of apartments)

- RWD (Responsive Web Design) requirements fulfilled

- used selected gridsystem such as flexbox

Definitely not included in the scope:

- backend, administration panel

- implementation of more advanced technologies e.g. react

- website implementation

- server

Additional benefits will be:

- use of scss and similar html5 technologies

- SEO optimization (semantics, hierarchy, graphic size optimization)

- speedrank > 95
