Custom moodle user report

Description

I need in moodle application to write a simple custom report which will contain Few information about the user. The file should be generated to pdf or xls

Basic data like first name, last name, group, date added, course start date, completion and progress %.

This does not necessarily have to be in moodl. It can be an external php script with specific fields to set up the report.
