Crypto trading bot using TradingView

I am looking for a programmer to write a bot for trading in the Crypto market - futures market (leveraged).

The main idea is:

1. trading on multiple currency pairs

2. signals from the indicator on trading view - MaCD indicator

3. probably the use of the script https://github.com/yonathan95/BinanceTradingBot - just this script is based on the Binance exchange, so if it is to speed up the work then we can base the bot on this exchange

4. the bot must be efficient and able to listen and handle many transactions simultaneously.

5. the API load of the exchange (in our case Binance) must be taken into account - that is, many requests, many positions (probably there are some limits).
