Creation of an online store

I am looking for a person to create an online store for my company. I would like it to be a comprehensive solution that meets the following requirements:

1. AR (Augmented Reality) mode - I would like customers to be able to view products in AR mode, which will allow them to see how a product will look in their space.

2. Map with partners' pins - I want to provide a map on the site where our partners (stationary stores) will be marked. The user should be able to click on the pin and view information about the particular outlet.

3. Partner store - I would also like to have a dedicated store for our business partners on the site, with separate access and offerings.

4. Payment and courier delivery - The store should be integrated with online payment systems and offer a choice of different courier companies.

5. Responsive, unique template - I want the site to have a modern, responsive design in a black and white color scheme, with one distinctive color (e.g. on the “Buy Now” button).
