Creating a wordpress template

I am looking for a person to shoulder the creation of a lightweight and simple wordpress template.

A boxed template with a vertical menu in a section separated on the left, content in the middle with a sidebar on the right.

The template must not be based on any js framework and builders to optimize unused code and pagespeed on mobile (hamburger and mobile menu support needed).

Layout similar to: https://ghost.estudiopatagon.com/airo/ with slider in place of Popular categories.

FINALLY! 2. versions of static pages (with menu standard in left section and fullwidth where menu would jump over content)

Support for:

Blog, Store (woocommerce), Static pages, Archives.

Implementation time “without pressure” no more than 2 months from the moment of agreement of all details.

I do not hide the fact that the price plays a role, hence the quiet time of implementation where you can do such an order in the so-called “free time” ;)
